The fourth annual Rockstar Energy UPROAR Festival will make a stop at Dallas’ Gexa Energy Pavillion with 90’s alt-heroes Alice In Chains and Jane’s Addiction alongside prog-rockers Coheed and Cambria, Circa Survive and more.
